വിട്ടയക്കുക കൂട്ടിൽ നിന്നെന്നെ ഞാൻ മറ്റു കൂടുകൾ കണ്ടു് പഠിക്കട്ടെ. കൂട്ടിലെങ്ങനെ വീണു ഞാനെന്ന ചോദ്യച്ചെമ്പുലി, കൂട്ടിലെൻ കൂട്ടു്. മാറ്റണം മൊഴി ഞാനെന്നു് വക്കീൽ. മാറണം കൂറു്, വാങ്ങണം മുൻകൂർ, സന്ധിസ്വർഗ്ഗമേ നിത്യസ്വർഗ്ഗം… നാവിലാരാന്റെ നാവുമായ് കൂട്ടിൽ ഞാനല്ലാ ഞാൻ മൊഴി മാറ്റിപ്പറഞ്ഞു: കൈ പിടിച്ചില്ല, കശക്കിയില്ലെന്നെ കവിളിലുമ്മത്തൊഴി തൊഴിച്ചില്ല ചുട്ടെരിച്ചില്ല ചന്ദ്രവെട്ടത്തിൽ. തോഴർക്കു് പെൺഫ്രൈ സൽക്കരിച്ചില്ല; കൂട്ടിൽ നിൽപ്പോനെ കാണുന്നിതാദ്യം. കൂടഴികളിൽ താളം പിടിക്കുന്നു നേരു് നേരിയ പുഞ്ചിരിയോടെ. ഏതിതിഹാസം? സീത?[1] നോറ?[2] ഏതു് ധൈര്യമെൻ രക്ഷകയായ് വരും? പാട്ടിലേതിലുമുള്ള പോൽ പെൺ- കൂട്ടിലേതിലുമുണ്ടു് വിഹായസ്സിൽ പാറൽ മോഹിക്കുമോരോ കിളി. വിട്ടയക്കുകയീനുണക്കൂട്ടിൽ നി- ന്നെന്നെ ഞാനിറ്റു് നേരു കൊള്ളട്ടെ. പ്രേംജി[3] വിതുമ്പുന്നു: വിട്ടയക്കില്ല നിന്നെ ലോകം; അതി- നെന്നുമാനന്ദം ബന്ദിയെക്കാണൽ. വിരലിനാൽ മല മാന്ത്രികൻ നീക്കും. വിരലനക്കില്ല കൂടു് തുറക്കാൻ. കൂട്ടിലിങ്ങനെ നിന്നു് കെഞ്ചാതെ കൂടു് ഭേദിച്ചു് പാറൂ മനസ്സേ.
