പ്രഥമ സായാഹ്ന പുരസ്ക്കാരം തിക്കോടിയനു്!
2021 ജൂലൈ മുതൽ 2022 ജൂലൈ വരെ സായാഹ്നയിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണത്തിനായി ലഭിച്ച കൃതികളിൽ ഏറ്റവും ശ്രദ്ധേയമായവ പ്രശസ്ത നാടകകൃത്തും സാമൂഹികപ്രവർത്തകനുമായ തിക്കോടിയന്റേതാണു്. അതിനു ചില കാരണങ്ങളുണ്ടു്.
- നമ്മുടെ ഗ്രന്ഥകര്ത്താക്കൾക്കു് സ്വതന്ത്ര ഡിജിറ്റൽ പതിപ്പുകൾ പൊതുവെ സ്വീകാര്യമല്ല. ചൂണ്ടിക്കാണിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന കാരണം അച്ചടിപ്പതിപ്പിന്റെ വില്പനയെ ബാധിക്കുന്നു എന്നതാണു്, പക്ഷെ, സത്യം തിരിച്ചാണു്. തിക്കോടിയന്റെ അവകാശികൾക്കു് അങ്ങനെയൊരു ആശങ്കയില്ല, പുസ്തകങ്ങളുടെ അച്ചടിപ്പതിപ്പു് ഇപ്പോഴും വിപണിയിലുണ്ടു്, ഇല്ലാത്തവ പുനഃപ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ടു്.
- സ്വതന്ത്രപ്രകാശനത്തിനായി ലഭിക്കുന്ന കൃതികൾ മിക്കവാറും വാണിജ്യേതര ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കു് മാത്രമായി പരിമിതപ്പെടുത്തുമ്പോൾ തിക്കോടിയന്റെ കൃതികളുടെ ഡിജിറ്റൽ പതിപ്പുകൾ പൂർണ്ണസ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം നല്കുന്നു.
- തിക്കോടിയന്റെ എല്ലാ പുസ്തകങ്ങളും (35) സ്വതന്ത്രലോകത്തു് ലഭ്യമാക്കി.
- കേന്ദ്ര-കേരള സാഹിത്യ അക്കാദമികളുടേതടക്കം ഒട്ടനവധി പുരസ്ക്കാരങ്ങൾ ലഭിച്ച തിക്കോടിയന്റെ കൃതികൾ വിപണിമൂല്യം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാത്തവയാണു്. എന്നിട്ടും മറ്റു എഴുത്തുകാരിൽ നിന്നു് വ്യത്യസ്തമായി സ്വതന്ത്രപ്രകാശനത്തിനു് തയ്യാറായി.
- തിക്കോടിയൻ നേടിയ പുരസ്ക്കാരങ്ങൾ കൃതികളുടെ സാഹിത്യമേന്മ വിളിച്ചുപറയുന്നു.
ഇക്കാരണങ്ങളാണു് തിക്കോടിയൻ കൃതികളെ മറ്റുള്ളവയിൽ നിന്നു് മാറ്റി നിറുത്തുന്നതും പ്രഥമ സായാഹ്ന പുരസ്കാരത്തിനു അർഹമാക്കിയതും.
